Doctors Abrahams and Salie soon enjoyed great success and grew the total number of successful practices to four with Dr Abrahams working entirely in the west coast practise which he managed. From this base they ultimately ended up each pursuing his own interest with Dr Abrahams retaining the incorporation and carrying on for several years concentrating on the west coast practise..
Dr Abrahams continues to enjoy phenomenal support from the local community on the West Coast. With the patient numbers increasing unabated it became necessary to appoint more dentist as well as establish more practises in areas that many of the patients were traveling from.

THE PRACTICE MANAGERS
In today’s modern practice environment the affordability of dental care is a ever growing concern. Amongst the primary goals of our practice managers is the pursuit of efficiency in order to create greater affordability and access to care.
Additionally, our business model is all about reducing the end cost to the patient by being as effective and efficient as possible. This factor alone requires a very capable practice administration team.
They do more than insure good service, they also ensure a healthy practice environment where we can continue to invest in the latest equipment and technology that enables better service delivery and quality of care.

Mr Ignatious Chikafu ( Operational Manager)
Mr Chikafu studied and worked for several years in the hospitality industry. His industrious nature quickly caught our attention and we approached him to join our team in 2007. Our faith in him was vindicated, and pretty soon he was promoted to manage a portfolio of our business on an independent basis. His background in hospitality proved to be a great asset as he is completely dedicated to satisfying the needs of our patients. You will often find him at any one of our practices where he performs a vast array of supportive administrative functions to ensure we are always up and running.
